How to Hide or Move those Pesky Action Tool Tips

I've been wondering for some time whether there might be a way to get rid of the big old info boxes that appear when you mouse over an action on a hotbar. You know how these tool tips get in the way of other action buttons... Well, I finally took the time to look into it and lo and behold, there are UI settings with which you can control where action tool tips appear, or even remove them completely. Yay!
I'm stranded at the workplace right now, without much going on, which is why I'm fiddling with this website rather than doing something more productive and meaningful like, I don't know, racing my chocobo across Western Thanalan to the unspoiled mining node where I get topsoil for garden cross-breeding experiments at my humble Goblet abode.
But maybe someone, some future member of <YEP> perhaps, will look here sometime and say, hey, just what I've been looking for - info on how to remove action tool tips!
System > Character Configuration > UI Settings
in the General tab, under Help
find 'Display Action Help'
Here you can turn the tooltips off or...
> Position > Next to Cursor/Fixed/Fixed (Reversed) - [Follows the mouse cursor/Stays in the same spot/Stays in the same spot but swaps to the other half of the screen when you cross the center left or right]
