Do we want to declare any rules right off? Or just play it by ear?

I'm guessing I'll be setting up some roles like officers and... well... non-officers. How about a simple rule like if the majority of the officers want a player out, that player has to go? We could always keep an odd total number of officers...

I think I'll look around at other Free Companies and see what rules they have in place.
